During Sabah’s lessons we learnt how to use the basics of photoshop by going out and taking some photos then editing those photos in photoshop by testing various effects on the photos we took. Here is how my editing went.

Here is the original outside photo I took and below are the edits it made of it as well as what I did to it.

Black and White:

With the blur I did a fancy X with the blur which i personally think look rather nice.

For this one I used two editing effects. I used the eraser tool to make it so that my friend is in colour while the rest of the photo is in black and white. I could reverse this effect if I wished to have someone black and white while the rest of the photo was in colour. As well as the eraser tool I also did some white balancing due to the fact this photo was rather orange before as you can see in the original image below.

With these two I did two variations of changing the exposure levels in the image. With the first one I moved them to the extreme on one end and with the other one I made it nicer to look at and made the grass darker.

This is a rather simple one as I altered the colour balance to make it a slightly more drab rainy day.

For the Hue and Saturation i decided to decrease it to make it a more depressed day due to the clouds and all the rain.
